Reservations are taken either on line or by telephone. The reservation and information line is open Monday - Saturday, between the hours of 6am and 6pm.

We ask for a Visa or Mastercard to hold the reservation only. We do not charge any depsosit to your card. We accept personal checks, money orders or cash for payment. Credit card payments are only accepted with prior arrangements. There is a city tax of 10% for all reservations. Reservations for Saturday night require a 2-night stay.

We are not a full service facility. You are renting the Cottage or the Loft with the understanding that there is no service provided except by alternate arrangements.

We require a 10 day cancellation notice for a full refund. If you cannot give us 10 days, you are obligated for the full charge of the reservation, unless we are able to re-rent the Cottage or the Loft in which case you will not be charged.

Check out is at 12:00 noon. Check in is between 2 & 8 pm except by prior arrangement.

Due to the Ojai Valley City smoking ordinance, guests are required to limit their smoking to the outdoor areas. Please ask us about pets.
