Here are a few things you should know about your stay here. To book a room, we will need a Visa or MasterCard to hold your reservation. We do not charge anything to your card or put a hold on it. We accept cash or checks for payment.

Check-out is at 11am. Check-in is between 3 & 8pm except by prior arrangement.

We are not a full service facility. You are renting the Cottage, Loft or the Studio with the understanding that there is no service provided except by alternate arrangements.

Pool Policy: The pool is a private family pool and is not automatically included with your reservation. Please feel free to inquire about its possible availability.

Pet Policy: We understand that pets are an extension of your family & we accept them with open arms. There is a $25.00 per day fee (with a maximum of$150.00) for the necessary extra cleaning. We can only accept a maximum of 2 pets. They must be 85 lbs or less & in consideration of other guests, please tell your pet “No barking”. We also ask that they are not left unattended in the room at any time. For health & safety reasons, pets are not allowed in the pool area.

Cancellation Policy: We require a 10 day cancellation notice for a full refund. If you cannot give us 10 days, you are obligated for the full charge of the reservation, unless we are able to re-rent the Cottage, Loft or the Studio, in which case you will not be charged. 

Due to the Ojai Valley City smoking ordinance, guests are required to limit their smoking to the outdoor areas.
